I just bough a new Honda Pilot last month on Brickell Honda. Actually it was my first stop to look for a new car and I was bidding between Honda and Nissan to pick the best choice. Due to the great deal that I got there and the professional treatment that I received by the salesman, Guillermo Arzola and also all the help of the branch manager Randy Cano, I felt so comfortable that didn't wanted to look forward>>>>Am glad I had made the choice and feel very happy every time I ride my new 2011 Honda Pilot!!!!! I went in to trade my Versa for a Civic(the car I've wanted for a while) and only went in for information, b/c I was determined to not pay more than what I currently paid monthly. After comparing both cars & aknowledging that the Honda is worth more, I decided to buy it(although my monthly payment increased).. they didn't have the model I wanted, so Hanoi ended up working a deal where I was able buy a more expensive model(nicer) for the same price. Hanoi was very helpful, and friendly, and willing to help me. He always returns my call and always asked how the car is treating me. Overall, very satisfied w/Hanoi's service.

I had the most amazing experience at Brickell Motors. I went
in with the possibility of buying a new car. We were greeted as soon as we
entered the dealer and I automatically felt like I was at home. Our car sales
man was spectacular; not only was he very professional but he was also very
helpful, informative, patient and NEVER pressured us! He let us test drive 2
cars and gave us all the safety tips in regards to the car. After debating for
3 hours, I finally came to a decision on a car and the car salesman was very
pleasant in helping us find a great price. The person in financing was great
too. He was very thorough with all his information and very friendly. I am
happy to say that I walked out of the dealer with a brand new Honda CRV and
very satisfied. I ***HIGHLY*** recommend Brickell Motors due to their
friendliness and professionalism.

I was very apprehensive about the whole car-buying process. I usually buy a car and keep it for as long as possible but it was definitely time for me to upgrade my VW for something more reliable. Just had my first experience buying a new car, and Brickell
Honda made it a good one. My salesman Janoi, my finance officer Andres, the
Sales Manager Randy, and Carlos in the service department were all very
friendly, courteous, and professional and made my purchase happen. Love the new
car. Any issue I had, they resolved for me. When it looked like I wouldn't be

Even before i actually started the purchase process (like
going to dealers and get the price quotes). I read reviews on lots of sites. I
Spent hours on internet reading reviews about, who is the best dealer around,
how to get best deals out of dealers. After all the research i zero down to
Brickell. I went there, to my surprise i get awesome deal. Then i got bit
suspicious about the deal. i thought i might get even better deal. Then i went
to another dealer just to verify the prices, the moment i get the quotes from
them i knew from where i have to buy my honda civic. Came back to Brickell :) Took
my car drive back home. Won't forgot to mention Mario who actually makes this

After 2 horrible experiences at 2 different Toyota locations
my wife and I became frustrated with dealers period! I went with to brickell
Honda thinking the worst but turned out to be the best experience I have ever
had in a dealership. People here are professional and very helpful. They work
with you without any pushy sales pitch, and they are real with their
personality unlike other dealerships. Their customer service is awesome they
share with u a lot of options that work for u and what u are looking for
without u feeling that pressured feeling u get at other dealerships. Overall
great experience and most definitely loving my new 2010 Honda accord. Will be
recommending brickell Honda to everyone.

I purchased my 2008 CRV in Ft Lauderdale because I was a
little apprehensive about buying a car in Miami due to negative past
experiences with other dealers. However, some restrictions in my schedule made
it difficult to drive 20 miles every time the service was due. Three weeks ago,
I did not want to make the 20 miles drive for the oil change and I did some
research on Honda Dealers in Miami. The reviews pointed towards Brickell Honda.
Then, I took my car in early in the morning and picked it up after work in the
evening. The staff was knowledgeable and they even offered me a complementary
shuttle service to my office. They exceeded my expectations and next time I
need to purchase a car I will do it at Brickell Honda.

I leased a Honda Accord from Brickell Motors, and was very
surprised by the price and terms of the deal. Researched various makes and
models, and I was unable to find a better deal. The most difficult part of the
purchase was choosing a color (finally picked silver). To top of the deal, I
was given a booklet with some free (oil changes) and discounted schedule maintenance
coupons. I had the oil changed twice with no out of pocket expenses, dropped
the car off, and had lunch while the service was being done. Service rep called
to let me know the car was ready before I finished my lunch. Will definitely
buy from Brickell Motors again.

My husband and I recently visited the dealership to lease a
honda. Jody Sinanan was tremendously helpful to us! We ended up leasing a honda
civic sedan, and we have been really happy with our vehicle. Jody did a great
job of guiding us through the process and helping us select the right model.
Several days later, much to our embarassment, we accidentally left our
dashboard lights on after returning from the airport late at night. Needless to
say, our car battery died. When I contacted Jody to get the number of someone
who could assist us, Jody offered to help us himself. Late on a Friday
afternoon, Jody took the time to drive to our location with jumper cables and
bring our car back to life. Jody's professionalism and attentiveness to
customer satisfaction is exceptional. And overall, my customer service

I needed a car and was dreading the stress of "the car
buying eperience". I went to see Emile Kasunov but he was not in that day
so he called for the General Manager, Rick Barraza to make sure I was given the
best deal possible. Rick came to meet me and asked Raymond Trull to help me.
Raymond was very helpful and so nice! Well, after being assisted by their
Finance Manager, Carlos Santos,I ended up buying a Honda Accord 2010 that I
just love! I needed to pick it up the next day to have leather seats installed
and then I met Emile, the most gracious and helpful salesman you can ever meet.
Well, 3 days later Emile calls me to ask how I am doing with my new car & I
tell him that I was so upset because I had already scratched it on the second
day. Emile said he was going to help me out and he did, he sent me to a Body
Shop they use and also got me my car back to new for a lot less money that
other body shops had asked me for. Brickell Honda has a customer for life! Brickell
and Sam Mones are the best!

Honda and was exceptionally pleased with the entire experience. I did a lot of
work on the Internet with six or seven dealers. With Brickell I worked with Sam
Mones. He was the most responsive, honest, and professional of the many
salesmen I worked with. He never strung me along, never tried to lure me into

Anything car-related for a single young woman in Miami can

If you want good service go to Brickell Honda. It felt like
I got Mercedes car dealership service for just me and my Honda. Appointment was
prompt, I was expected at the appointment time, very little wait, and then
ushered to a courtesy car for a ride to work while my car was serviced. Carlos
called me to discuss what was needed and the car was done before the promised
time. They even took my coupons for a discount. Good overall experience.

I went to the dealer with a specific car in mind. As i walked into the dealer i was greeted by Yoniel Gonzalez. He was very friendly, knowledgeable. As i told him the specific car i was interested in he walked me over to the used car department and introduced me to the used car department manager also a very knowledgeable and friendly person. Yoniel Gonzalez took me to the vehicle and showed me all the features of the vehicle. I had done a lot of research but he amused me with his knowledge on this vehicle! I had gone with an open mind but the price was perfect and the service was phenomenal i would recommend this dealer to everyone and definitely tell them to speak to Yoniel Gonzalez. We found a vehicle on-line that seemed perfect for our needs. After taking a test drive in that vehicle, we decided to drive a pre-owned Honda Odyssey. Atif and Carlos were very attentive to our needs. They explained how every feature in the vehicle worked, and went out of their way to track down an owners manual for the vehicle. Mauricio is the finance man. He was very polite, but probably disappointed that we did not opt to buy extended warranties on anything. However, he never pressured us to do so. I would highly recommend Brickell Honda! After having several negative experiences with car dealerships in Miami which included blatant dishonesty and staff that were downright mean, I was skeptical to say the least. However, my experience at Brickell Honda was pleasant from the time I test drove the car to the time I drove it home. The gentleman that showed me the cars initially, Boris, was new at the dealership but was very knowledgable and if he did not know an answer, he asked one of his colleagues rather than make something up. I worked primarily with Mauricio Martinez who was at all times professional, fair and went above and beyond. Carlos Romero helped with the financial portion and he too was very pleasant and efficient. I never thought that buying a car could be so painless!
Alex Andreu and Emil Kasumov were extremely helpful and very responsive to my questions. They made the car buying experience very pleasant and simple. It is clear that they take great pride in their reputation and treat their customers accordingly. I have no reservations about recommending Brickell Motors.

Our current lease was going to mature in a few months. So,
it was time to start looking for a new car to lease or purchase. After doing
searches on-line and visiting automobile dealers we went to Brickell Honda

From the onset we let him know what we were looking for and what we currently

very happy with the vehicle. I had a great experience at the dealership. I got
a great deal financially. At first I was helped by el Musico. I did not buy the
car on the first day I was there and when I came back, he had gone out of town
to visit his mother. When he did help me, he was nice, funny, and very
professional. My second day there, I dealt with Abel Urra who went above and
beyond the call of duty in his dealings with me. He really went out of his way
to make sure I was taken care of and that everything turned out great for me.

back on september 2009 .we got a great deal with one of the best salesperson at
brickell honda his name is Abel Urra .he answered all our questions and
concerns very friendly and very professionally.i really recommend him to all my
friends and clients bc I work for State Farm and I know how important is
receive exceptional service ,we bought a 2008 honda element and we feel we do a
great deal with him bc we got the best monthly payments we have ever
had.everytime i know somebody is shopping around to get a good car i always

Honda when I had bought an Accord a car that I had been dreaming of since I was
in high school and they worked very well with me and made the sale it has been
the best investment ever and I have gone to other Honda dealers and never felt
comfrontable because they would never work with me at all or would try to rip

This is my 3rd Honda Odessey Minivan!!!! I am a mother with
three kids and getting your car serviced can be a drag...Mario and his team are
the best. The service is great. Brickell's team is so easy to work with and so accommodating.
They truly go "above and beyond" what is expected. Anytime I hear
people talking about getting a new Honda, I tell them to go see my friend Mario
Murgado, he'll take care of you. He really takes pride in his company and it is
obvious that his staff does too. Nothing is too much for them. THEIR customer

We feel we received a very good deal from the dealer. We went to other Honda

Very good experience, No pushy salespeople, at Brickell
Honda They let me take my time to see the models and make my mind up. They
answered all my questions, they helped me choose the right car for me. I was

better prices that I can get from my local dealers, but the items can be

I have bought two cars at Brickell Honda and both times,
have been great experiences. The salesperson Emil, was very helpful in finding
the car I was looking for, he was very patient. Then I was taken to the Finance
Department and Carlos Santos, one of the Finance Managers, helped me in the
finance process. He gave me all the information that I needed to know; there
were not hidden numbers or fees. I am super happy with my new lower payment.
Their service Department is also great, every time I take my car to service,
they are always fast. My experience was great!!! I highly recommend Brickell

My experience in buying cars never is being good, but when i
took my aunt to Brickell Honda, my mind change about the car buying process.
Manny, the Sales Representative was patient and charming. He oriented us on the
car that we needed. In the middle of the process I found that my aunt credit
score was not high enough, and at that point Manny talked to the owners Alex
Andreus and Rick Barraza, and they help us in the final transaction. So, I do
